Organ Language

Our physical symptoms often carry important messages from the body. How symptoms show up — where in the body, when they appear, how long they last, and how intense they are — are all meaningful clues your body uses to communicate with you.

Compassionate Inquiry®

Compassionate Inquiry® is gentle, trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur ND. 

Through guided self-exploration and presence, we uncover the unconscious patterns and beliefs rooted in past experiences. This process supports emotional healing, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.

Meditation Practices

Meditation has been an important part of my life since I was 14 years old. I gently incorporate meditation into my sessions as a natural way to create space, deepen presence, and support connection with oneself.
This simple, grounded practice allows awareness to arise, making other healing techniques more effective and aligned.

Iridology

Iridology is the study of the iris as a map of your body and being. By observing colors, patterns, and signs in your eyes, I can offer insight into your constitutional strengths and areas where support is needed.
The way I practice iridology is humanistic, considering many layers of human existence—the physical body, the energetic body, and the psycho-emotional aspect—to offer a more complete and compassionate understanding of the self.

With reflexology I can stimulates specific points on the feet and ears to activate your body's self-healing capacity. I use reflexology to support grounding, soothe acute inflammation, restore energetic flow, and gently assist emotional healing

Duration & Frequency: Each session lasts about an hour. We can decide together how often to meet, based on what feels most supportive for you.

Investment: I offer a sliding scale. The price depends on the frequency of our sessions and on your individual circumstances. We'll explore together what feels fair and aligned for both of us.
